Filtered and changed the image in Photoshop 7. Coded in Notepad. Uploaded via CuteFTP.

According to this site, Modulation is a musical term for meaning "to shift to another key." I figure that this would be a good name for a fanlisting collective since when someone is at a collective, they would be shifting through different fanlistings avaliable.
